Go-To-Market Leadership For eCommerce Fashion Startup, Omnes

Omnes is an eCommerce Startup on a mission to make sustainable fashion accessible to everyone. As a strategic digital and eCommerce consultant, I was appointed to help Omnes bring their ambitious startup to market.

During the onboarding process, I worked closely with the founder and team to define the key strategic enablers necessary to launch Omnes successfully. This involved identifying workstreams that spanned the eCommerce website build, branding, product, content, data analytics, and key digital marketing channels such as SEO and Paid Media.

To ensure that the team could prioritize and make progress against these workstreams, I crafted a critical path that outlined all the necessary tasks and critical dependencies. This helped us stay on track and meet key deadlines.

As someone with experience launching over 20 eCommerce stores, I led the relationship with the development agency to ensure that the functional specification was aligned with Omnes' needs. I worked closely with the product team to define visual content needs to inform product and lifestyle photo shoots.

With the SEO keyword universe in mind, I led a team of copywriters to produce on-brand, optimized content that both Google and consumers would love. I also worked closely with the founder to define key growth levers and select partners across paid media and PR to support the launch.

One of the most critical aspects of any startup is building the right team. To help Omnes grow, I offered consultation around team structure, and candidate screening, and interviewed potential talent.

The project resulted in a strong strategic and technical foundation for the future.
